The plain-language version: you can use Ravyo's products to do real work for your own business — but don't break the law and don't break our pipeline. The long version is below.
Ravyo Labs operates Ravyo Calling Agents and Ravyo AI Video Pro. GSTIN 06BPSPG4969L2Z1, based in Jagadhri, Haryana, India.
01 Who can use Ravyo
You must be 18 or older, in any country where AI services are legally usable. By signing up, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
02 Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share OTPs or magic-link emails.
- One account per person. Sharing access with multiple humans on the same account violates these terms.
- If your account is compromised, email us — we'll lock it and help you regain access.
03 What you can do with our output
- Yours to keep: every reel you render and every call recording your agent produces is yours. You own the output.
- Use it anywhere: publish rendered videos to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or X, and monetise per their terms.
- B-roll license: stock clips we ship are Creative Commons compatible. No attribution required.
- Watermark: paid Pro renders are watermark-free. Free previews and samples carry a diagonal "ravyo.ai" mark for brand protection.
04 What you can't do
- No abuse: don't use Ravyo to create content or place calls involving illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content involving real people without consent.
- No deepfakes: Ravyo doesn't clone faces or voices of real people. If you find a way around our limits, report it instead of using it.
- No reselling: you can't resell Ravyo access, white-label our output as your own service, or rent your account.
- No scraping: don't scrape our API, samples, or content beyond the documented endpoints.
- No rate-limit dodging: don't use multiple accounts to bypass quota. We'll catch it and ban both.
05 AI Video Pro — ₹999 Lifetime
"Lifetime" = the lifetime of Ravyo as a service. If we shut down (we don't plan to), we email everyone 90 days in advance and refund unused features.
- 3 Pro renders per day (final HD MP4 outputs) — admin-tunable; may be raised at launch but never retroactively reduced for existing users.
- 30 Pro renders per month (whichever cap hits first).
- Unlimited topic submissions to preview the designs before rendering.
- All current designs and every new design we release.
- All Indian + English voices, no watermark on Pro renders, 1080×1920 HD output.
- Edit captions / text overlays before render, and auto-post to one account per platform.
- Free voice/design upgrades for the lifetime of Ravyo.
06 Pricing & GST
Price displayed for AI Video Pro: ₹999. Razorpay charges ₹999 + 18% GST = ₹1,180 at checkout. The GST line item is shown clearly in the payment modal before you confirm.
Ravyo Labs is a registered Indian business (GSTIN 06BPSPG4969L2Z1). GST is collected as required under the Indian Goods and Services Tax Act.
07 Liability & jurisdiction
Ravyo is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
