Terms & conditions.

The plain-language version: you can use Ravyo AI Video Pro to mint reels for your own channels, you can monetise them however the platform allows, but don't break the law and don't break our pipeline. Long version below.

Ravyo AI Video Pro is operated by Ravyo Labs, GSTIN 06BPSPG4969L2Z1, based in Jagadhri, Haryana, India.

1. Who can use Ravyo

You must be 18 or older, in any country where AI services are legally usable. By signing up, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share OTPs or magic-link emails.
• One account per person. Sharing access with multiple humans on the same account violates these terms.
• If your account is compromised, email us — we'll lock it and help you regain access.

3. What you can do with rendered reels

• Yours to keep: every reel you render with Ravyo is yours. You own the output.
• Upload anywhere: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, X. Monetise per their terms.
• B-roll license: every clip we ship is Creative Commons compatible. No attribution required.
• Watermark: Paid Pro renders are watermark-free. Free public previews and sample content carry a diagonal "ravyo.ai" mark for brand protection.

4. What you can't do

• No abuse: don't use Ravyo to mint videos containing illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit content involving real people without consent.
• No deepfakes: Ravyo doesn't clone faces or voices of real people. If you find a way around our limits, report it instead of using it.
• No reselling: you can't resell Ravyo access to others, white-label our output as your own service, or rent your account.
• No scraping: don't scrape our API, samples, or content beyond the documented endpoints.
• No rate-limit dodging: don't use multiple accounts to bypass quota. We'll catch it and ban both.

5. ₹999 Lifetime — what's included

• 3 Pro renders per day (final HD MP4 outputs) — admin-tunable; may be adjusted upward at launch but not retroactively reduced for existing users.
• 30 Pro renders per month (whichever cap hits first).
• Unlimited topic submissions to preview the 23 designs before rendering.
• All current 23+ designs and every new design we release.
• All 32 Indian voices (Hindi + English) via Supertonic 3 TTS.
• No watermark on Pro renders, 1080×1920 HD output.
• Edit captions / text overlays before render.
• Auto-post to 1 account per platform (Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Free voice/design upgrades for the lifetime of Ravyo.

6. Pricing & GST

Ravyo Labs is a registered Indian business (GSTIN 06BPSPG4969L2Z1). GST is collected as required under the Indian Goods and Services Tax Act. A tax invoice is emailed within 7 days of payment.

7. Refunds

Full 3-day refund, no questions asked. The full ₹1,180 (₹999 + GST) is reversed to your original payment method. See the dedicated refund policy.

8. Service availability + outages

We aim for 99.5% uptime. If we're down for more than 24 hours straight, we credit your account for the lost time. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours ahead.

9. Liability

Ravyo AI Video Pro is an AI-assisted tool. We don't accept liability for indirect damages (lost engagement, lost revenue, etc.) caused by content you generate or post. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Account termination

You can delete your account anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll give you 14 days' notice unless the violation is illegal or harmful (then immediate).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, the jurisdiction where Ravyo Labs is registered.

12. Changes to terms

If we change these terms materially, we email every account 30 days ahead. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
