01 What you receive after payment

• Login access using the phone number you registered at checkout.
• OTP-based login sent via SMS — no password to manage.
• Email confirmation with your order ID, GST invoice, and a quick-start guide.
• WhatsApp confirmation with your login link (optional, opt-in).

02 Delivery timeline

• Payment confirmed: 0 minutes (Razorpay webhook fires within seconds).
• Account provisioned: 0–60 seconds.
• SMS login link sent: 0–60 seconds.
• Email confirmation + invoice: within 5 minutes.

03 Geographic availability

Ravyo is available worldwide. Built for Indian businesses with Hindi + English voices, but accessible to anyone with internet access and a phone number that can receive SMS for OTP.

04 Rendered video delivery

Once logged in, every reel you render is available for download as an HD MP4 (1080×1920) from your dashboard. Rendered MP4s are retained for 7 days from generation, after which they're auto-purged. Download them within that window or re-render anytime.

05 Calling Agents provisioning

Ravyo Calling Agents are configured to your business during onboarding. Your live demo agent is available instantly in the browser; production phone lines are provisioned as part of your setup engagement — typically within days.

06 No shipping costs

Because Ravyo is a digital service, there are no shipping charges. The displayed price is the entire cost — no hidden fees on one-time purchases.

07 Failed delivery

In the rare case payment is confirmed but provisioning fails, the system auto-retries every 5 minutes for 24 hours. If it still fails, email [email protected] with your Razorpay order ID and we'll manually provision within 12 hours — or refund in full.
