3-day refund policy.

If you don't ship one reel you're happy with in your first 3 days, email us — we'll refund every rupee. No forms. No surveys. No "are you sure?".

1. How to request a refund

Within 3 calendar days of your purchase, email [email protected] with your order ID and a one-line note. You don't need to explain why — we'll process the refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

2. What's covered

• Ravyo AI Video Pro Lifetime (₹999 + GST = ₹1,180): full refund of the entire ₹1,180 if requested within 3 calendar days of purchase. GST is reversed via Razorpay as part of the same transaction.
• Failed renders: if a render fails due to a Ravyo bug (not your input), it doesn't count against your daily limit — no refund needed, just retry.

3. What's not covered

• Requests received after 3 calendar days from the purchase date.
• Accounts disabled for ToS violation (spam, scraping, abuse of the rate limits).
• Reels you've already downloaded and uploaded to your social channels — you got the value.

4. Processing time

Our payment partner typically reflects refunds in 5–7 business days for cards/UPI, and up to 10 days for net banking. We confirm the refund initiation by email the same day you ask.

5. Why we do this

Ravyo AI Video Pro is built for Indian creators who ship daily. If we can't help you do that, you shouldn't pay us. We'd rather have you tell us why we failed than try to lock you in.
